Happy Friday everyone!
We hope you have had a lovely week and have lots of exciting plans for your weekend ahead.
We have had such a fun week at Tigerlily Towers, featuring a fabulous zesty styled shoot ‘Juicy’ to explore the most stunning honeymoon locations that Mr & Mrs Smith have to offer for you all.
So, here is our little PS round-up for you this week; as always we have tried to give you lots to salivate over but also inspire.
So enjoy and we look forward to seeing you all again Monday morning.
Until then, remember to keep it fancy x
Mr. Pickles is back! Next Friday he triumphantly returns to “Tigerlily”, to run his weekly wedding surgery on PS. So If you have any burning wedding questions or need some guidance on planning your day, make sure you email our wedding guru here MrPickles@tigerlilyweddings.co.uk
Another highlight of our week was featuring one of our wedding dress “hero’s”, the fabulously talented couturier Stewart Parvin.
This man has inherent style and oozes classic glamour with utter simplicity. His 2014 collection is full of sophisticated gowns for the style conscious bride. We fell head over heels in love with ‘Hello Dolly’, it’s so relaxed but also a real scene stealer, everything we feel a wedding dress should be. The dress has a French lace bodice and ruched silk georgette waistband with a full circle skirt in Italian silk lining and double layer of silk georgette, its utterly divine. To read our interview with Stewart pop over to our feature here.
This week we were introduced to the Little Boutique Bakery founded by cake designer Jennie Bishop. The bakery creates beautifully crafted wedding cakes with exquisite attention to detail. We were delighted to feature one of their cake creations this week on Tigerlily, so just in case you missed it, here it is.
We’re happy to openly admit there was one evening of “pinning crazy” going on over at Love Scarlett HQ this week. Once the pin flurry frenzy calmed, there was a real sense of happiness that we added even more wedding pretty for you all to enjoy. So if you want to keep up with our pinning antics; stop by and follow us at Tigerlily’s Pinterest.

Who doesn’t love a cheeky tipple? We recently had the pleasure of sampling some fine English Fizz from the lovely boys over at Digby.
Elegant with a certain raciness, this award-winning vintage is Digby’s blend of hand-harvested English chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier grapes ripened in 2009’s gloriously sunny September. The Refined bubbles deliver a crisp, refreshing apple and peach character, with a creamy biscuit finish. So if you’re looking for some fizz for your big day, we would highly recommend you checking Digby out.
This beautiful minaudiere by David’s bridal ; it’s always lovely to have a little clutch control.
If you have loved wearing oxblood colour lips, like we did over the winter; this will feed your bolder lipstick addiction. The powerful purple of heroine lipstick is back at Mac, this vibrant matte lipstick gives your make up bag a little fresh pop for spring.
We adore this fabulous vintage-inspired pearl bridal headband featuring a beautiful diamante encrusted flower decoration, set on an ivory freshwater pearl and diamante embellished headband. The piece is called Sophia and I’m sure you agree its simply stunning, to own your very own pop over to Chez Bec.
