Cheryl Wilson is Head Clinician at The Nutrition Coach clinic, Harley Street. Since graduating from her honours degree in Nutritional Therapy at the University of Westminster, she has treated almost 2000 patients in private practice.
Cheryl is passionate about transforming her patient’s relationship to food and their health, by helping them to see that achieving positive results does not need to be complicated.
Good nutrition is not necessarily about living on sprouted beans and goji berries and Cheryl teaches her patients how small changes, regularly, can be all it takes to experience glowing health. Her mission is to the get the nation out of dieting mentality, put their calculators and food scales away and stop punishing themselves with restrictive, low calorie, low fat diets – she advocates an easier, more nourishing path.
As well as working with clinical conditions involving digestion, fatigue, mood, sleep, hormones, skin and stress; Cheryl also love to work with brides and grooms to be.
She runs a 5-week, and a 3-month wedding detox plan, to get lovebirds all set for their big day. The plan can be done as an individual or as a couple, and benefits her newly-weds report include – weight loss, increased vitality, more radiant skin & elimination of bloating. Her approach is said to be empowering, inspirational, and supportive.
When she’s not practicing in clinic Cheryl enjoys exploring human phenomenology, kinesiology, expressive dance and messing up the kitchen with experimental guilt-free treats – her beetroot and chocolate brownies are scrumdiddlyumptious!
